Easy, delicious Gluten-Free Banana Bread
For years, I embarked on a quest to find the perfect banana bread recipe. After countless trials and tweaks, I finally crafted a gluten-free version that embodies everything I desire in this classic treat – the ideal crust, the perfect density, and the most delightful flavor.
Nothing frustrates me more than investing time, effort, and resources into a recipe only to be disappointed by the results. That frustration is a big part of what drives me to share my recipes with you. With each recipe I post, my goal is to ensure that your time, energy, and ingredients are never wasted.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
½ cup salted butter
2 medium or 3 small bananas
2 large eggs
5 tbsp milk + juice of 1 lemon = sour milk
1 tsp baking soda
2 cups gluten free 1-to-1 flour
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease & sugar-coat a loaf pan.
Cream butter & sugar. Set aside.
Blend bananas, eggs, milk, & baking soda until smooth.
Mix half of banana mix with butter mix & 1 cup flour. Then add rest of banana mix & flour. Stir in nuts/chocolate chips if desired.
Grease a loaf pan with butter and coat it with sugar (makes the best ever crust)
Bake for 50-60 mins.
Cool, slice, and enjoy!
